Additional charges, delays, service failures, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipment information may be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Transportation Providers

BirdDog Logistics Group may coordinate transportation services using independent third-party carriers and other transportation providers.

Third-party transportation providers operate independently and may be subject to their own:

5. Pickup and Delivery Times

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, transportation schedules are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside BirdDog Logistics Group's reasonable control, including:

  • Weather

  • Traffic

  • Equipment failure

  • Carrier capacity

  • Driver availability

  • Road closures

  • Port congestion

  • Terminal delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Government actions

BirdDog Logistics Group does not guarantee pickup or delivery times unless a specific guaranteed service has been expressly agreed to in writing.

6. Freight Claims

Claims involving loss, damage, shortage, delay, or other freight-related issues may be subject to the rules, requirements, timelines, and limitations of the applicable carrier or transportation provider.

Customers should promptly report suspected freight damage or loss.

Customers are responsible for paying all valid charges associated with transportation services provided or arranged on their behalf.

Charges may include:

  • Reconsignment
